Friday just gone 6am and so I will do quick post.

Good day to you. May you feel the love that passes all understanding.

Firstly a bit of art painted by yours truly yesterday.

In three quarters of an hour, my sister Viv will be arriving to drive me to a session with the fantastic forensic art therapist, Kate Rothwell. I do not use the word fantastic in a flippant manner. Deciding to take my sisters advice two or three years ago and pay for private art therapy sessions, has been instrumental in not only helping become a better producer of art. I say that, with the realisation, it could be both subjective and right on the mark at the same time. The main point of this journey though mind and art is to realise and accept myself. This is at the local level of our being. You who have known me personally, or through my blogs for some time, may now accept yourselves and me, as constantly changing in different amounts and areas. 
Some people - and I am no doubt not talking of many people who are reading this -  are obsessed with how they look, or how to change there features, with plastic surgery. We are not our bodies! 
My late wife Tracy once said to me, `there is no such thing as strangers, just brothers and sisters yet to be introduced!` We are spiritual beings who have come from the same source to have this physical experience!   So as more of us realise this wonderful thing about our present (or gift of) life, the shift in world consciousness will grow exponentially.   
These last few days I have been reading THE THIRD JESUS, HOW TO FIND TRUTH AND LOVE IN TODAYS WORLD. Well I havent yet got to where its been revealed to me how Deepak believes I can find it, but I will search diligently. With my brain injury, I am liable to forget things, which has become a tool to teach me many things, like patience and learning to calm frustration and anger. I do feel a bit like the guy who is digging in a field and unearths a great treasure. He goes and sells all he has to buy the field. Yep, I did that, but because I was worried someone may come across the treasure, I buried again it again with the intention of digging it up again after securing the deed to the field. Have you got what then happened? I forgot where I had hidden it.
I can hear my sisters van pulling up and had better greet her, as I am grateful to her for driving down from Sheffield to Luton.

Thursday. The weather is overcast but I am having my spirit lifted up by the Grace of the Holy Spirit.

Good day my brothers and sisters. To those who are yet to come to the realization that we are all one big family, wait patiently with the expectation and it will come. (That is, a new world filled with renewed spiritual US.)   I say this in part because I could not know that you would be reading this and just trusted that you would.

Some things we can only know to be true when we have tested them. For a long time I thought that the saying, `To thine own self be true.` was a Christian saying. This morning though, in meditation, I considered, how it contrasted with, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me." (Luke 9:23)

One place the words `To thine own self be true` is found is in Greece.
 
The Temple of Delphi in Greece, is I believe dedicated to the worship of Apollo.  

This is just a little addition to the blog I just posted, as it had been on my mind.

Thursday. Greetings and blessings to you.

Good day to you, my brothers and sisters. We are some of us, truly living in a great time. Where we can if so inclined, paint a piece of art, photograph it and send it around the world in minutes. My first camera was brought for me in the 1960`s and was of course one which shot black and white and white film. Then we had to take it to the chemists where it was sent away to be developed. This took over a week. So it is a lot easier now, yet at the same time, not always better. With ease can come complacency!
     

  These are my latest two paintings and some is           still wet!

Yesterday I self injected my penultimate shot of Interferon. How glad I am that this is almost at an end. I expect if I am all clear, then it will still take some time for my body to flush out all the chemicals. I know how one of my sister feels with her medical problems leaving her tired. Its the mental as well as physical fatigue which is so hard at times, yet has to be worked through until a positive countenance is felt! I also have to deal with a chemical side effect of depression, which although mentally this is not difficult. Having got through my first wife's suicide, the death of both my parents at a young age and of course acquiring the brain injury, then this is as we say small potatoes. It is potatoes all the same and that is why I could not afford to get mashed, by drinking alcohol! Every cloud has a silver lining. 

So I shall bid you good day now, sharing the advice I have had to take for myself yesterday and probably today also. Not that this is prescribed for you unless also you are under the effect of fatigue.

Sleep at times is the best medication.

I AM YOU ARE I AM LOVE WE ARE ONE

Good day my sisters and brothers

Firstly I will share a C S Lewis quote. (I believe it may have been Lewis who said that he was the most reluctant Christian ever!)

         This is the painting which was brought into existence yesterday through me for you to view today!

 We may ignore but we can`t evade the presence of God. The world is crowded with Him. He walks everywhere incognito.

The powers of darkness cannot overcome us as we are not limited to individual forms. God is unlimited and so when all the suns have passed away, each one of us will still be experiencing a presence of LOVE.

    This above is one aspect of the whole, which I am able to enjoy focused on, separate from the whole. 
    I do not know you, as individuals who view this blog and yet still feel that we can be as `one` if we want 
    to let go of all in our minds which separates us!

 

                  " I am non-judgmental"  "I am loved" This determines the world `we` ( me for sure, and I do hope you also.)  choose to live in.

  IT IS ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE I AM AND YOU ARE THAT I AM. AND WHILE THAT I AM IS INFINITE, YOU BY YOUR CONCEPT OF YOURSELF ARE DISPLAYING ONLY A LIMITED ASPECT OF THE INFINITE I AM!

   I like the detail which we can see in the picture above. I do not have the ability on my own to produce this. Maybe if you were not going to log on to this site, then it would not have been done! So my thanks to you and please share it with others who need to know that we all need to become a universal body of creative love and awareness.

  When we, as one, know that consciousness is the ONE and ONLY REALITY - conceiving itself to be something good, bad or indifferent. And becoming that which is conceived itself to BE. YOU are free from the tyranny of second causes. Free from the belief that there are causes outside of your own mind that can affect your life. Our lives our being is not these bodies which age and wear out and eventually become dust. Our being, makes use of this life to gain knowledge and wisdom and hopefully realize all that is love; then we can move on beyond our bodies. Some of us can transcend limited body experience in the here and now. Others are still asleep and so we must be careful not to awaken them from the sleep that is needed for them to eventually  awaken refreshed!

I AM is that which, amid unnumbered forms, is ever the same. This great discovery of cause reveals that. Good or bad!

The choice is ours. Some don't have the perception to know when to choose. Others choose to use power in a bad way to gain more power until finally after causing untold death and misery, they themselves self destruct, either by their own hands such as Hitler, or by that of the people, such as through the Guillotine, or their head on the chopping block!

Love and compassion will get us through the worst of times and be an abundant joyful gift to share in the best of times. We just have to be aware that whatever is happening, this time is transient and all things pass.

Tuesday and the sun is shining. Welcome to this blog.

Good day to you my brothers and sisters.

I have to go to the hospital in a little while to have a blood test and see how the treatment is going for the hepatitis virus I contracted when I lived in the Philippines. I do hope the two weekly injections which I have left are the last. This Interferon is a powerful medicine which I am at this moment suffering a headache from, or not. One doesn't always know what to attribute all ailments to. The itching and scratching is a definite side effect.
Still this is of little consequence to what many others constantly go through. There must be many who cannot afford the treatment! I can only pray they will get comfort from the result of their prayers.
So now I will share the painting which I did yesterday.

ps went over the park and took a picture and then just now took one of the foggy view over Luton this afternoon.

After the rain I have now cleaned the camera lens.
On this occasion the air ambulance was not needed. Another time the problem may be more serious than a dirty camera lens.

Maybe it is impossible to always know the result of our actions, but as an artist its a good thing to have ones camera ready.
