Its a wonderful day and I give thanks to you for looking at my blog. Blessings upon you all.

Good day to you and welcome to this new blog.

Well folks, all is good and well.

Lest we forget, lets celebrate being here today with a smile.

Here are two bods below showing the way to do it.

The Dalai Lama appears on stage with Patti Smith during her Glastonbury festival set on Sunday.

Today is the saints day of my namesake and so even though this is not a fish on friday blog, I am sharing this `peace` below with you my beloved brothers and sisters.

Peter: St. Mark ends the first half of his Gospel with a triumphant climax. He has recorded doubt, misunderstanding and the opposition of many to Jesus. Now Peter makes his great confession of faith: "You are the Messiah" (Mark 8:29b). It was one of the many glorious moments in Peter's life, beginning with the day he was called from his nets along the Sea of Galilee to become a fisher of men for Jesus.

                                                     .............................................................

Well folks its only coming up to 9am and having been out over the sports field with Maisy the moochy pooch, I am going to get a cup of coffee before carrying on with this blog.

After posting this I have to drive over to the hospital in Cambridge, where my eldest son, Joshua stayed overnight with his brother Harry and their mum.

Here are some shots of my recent work to share with you.

                             Beings that we can all focus on different points I will not name these below, but I will call the first group of nine shots;

Rising and falling again & again.

This is my happy painting.
Given to you.
Please smile and know that you
are loved.

Have a good day my wonderful brothers and sisters and pass this blog on with love.

Time for some random words, or are they?

We have a weird relationship to the idea of consciousness. But I do think it is changing. Hope so.

I am off in a couple of mins to try an watch Jupiter Ascending, if I am able to download it!

ttfn, Your bro in art, Peter. ps

I used my artistic license to include this and so if any viewers of my blog take offense then please realize it is not intended to do such to any of you outside of where this fat kid lives in luxury...

I do feel sorry for street children but not
                                                      for fat cats.

Good day brothers and sisters.
Yesterday my elder sister, Viv Scone and Kate Rothwell the art therapist and myself went to see an art exhibition in London where some of my work was on show.
Unfortunately as I tried to load my own and others artwork onto the blog, I accidently deleted it from the camera!

So brothers and sisters I cannot share any of the art from yesterday. Here below is something I found on the internet and found humourous. Hope you like it and will bare with me and wait another day or so for pics of recent art. Alas I am unable to go back to london and take another lot from the show we attended last night!

LOVE IS BLIND
Yet also, love is a many splendid thing.
Lastly - and obviously firstly also - God is love.

Love is blind

Origin

This expression is first found in Chaucer's Merchant's Tale, circa 1405:
For loue is blynd alday and may nat see. (notice how words have changed in their spelling over the years. I was looking at some gravestones yesterday and saw this to be true!)
It didn't at that stage become a commonly used phrase and isn't seen again in print until Shakespeare took it up. It became quite a favourite line of his and appears in several of his plays, including Two Gentlemen of Verona, Henry V and this example from The Merchant Of Venice, 1596:
JESSICA: Here, catch this casket; it is worth the pains.
I am glad 'tis night, you do not look on me,
For I am much ashamed of my exchange:
But love is blind and lovers cannot see
The pretty follies that themselves commit;
For if they could, Cupid himself would blush
To see me thus transformed to a boy.
Modern-day research supports the view that the blindness of love is not just a figurative matter. A research study in 2004 by University College London found that feelings of love suppressed the activity of the areas of the brain that control critical thought.
Of course, we should all take note of J Mason Brewer's advice in Worser Days and Better Times, 1965 (which is described as a 'collection of negro humour'):
I don't make love by the garden gate,
For love is blind, but the neighbors ain't.

I will share some old shots of my work. This is a
sorry compensation for the pictures I accidently
deleted, but I am at a loss to do otherwise. Sorry.

Have a good day and pass this on, as you are so loved and should come to fully realise this love and think good thoughts, speak good words and do good works. Your brother, Peter.

Fish on friday 12th June 2015

Good day brothers and sisters of Christ and all the saints.

For those of you wonderful people who come to my blog and are not interested in knowing or growing a spiritual dimension to life, then scroll down to the art, which I am most pleased with today.

All is fine and good with you and me.

For those of you who share with me the reality of being, human beings having a spiritual experience, here is my fish on friday writings to share with you, from me and other good people.
I nearly wrote, `other fools for Christ`, but I can only know for sure that I am a fool for Christ!

Daily Acceptance Prayer

I accept myself completely.
I accept my strengths and weaknesses,
My gifts and my short comings,
My good points and my faults.
I accept myself completely as a spiritual being
Having an human experience.

I accept that I am here to learn and grow, and
I accept that I am actually learning and growing.
I accept the personality I`ve developed, and
I accept my power to heal and change.
I accept myself without condition or reservation.
I accept that the core of my being is goodness and
that my essence is love, and
I accept that I sometimes forget this.

I accept myself completely, and in this acceptance
I find an ever-deepening inner strength.
From this place of strength, I accept my life fully and
I am open to the lessons it offers me today.

I accept that within my mind are both fear and love, and
I accept my power to choose which
I will experience as real.
I recognise that I experience only the results
of my own choices.
I accept the times I choose to fear
as part of my learning and healing process, and
I accept that I have the potential and power
in any moment to choose love instead.
I accept mistakes as part of growth,
So I am always willing to forgive myself and
give myself another chance.

I accept that my life is the expression of my thought, and
I commit myself to aligning my thought
more and more each day with the thought of Love.
I accept that I am an expression of this Love.
Love`s hands and voice and heart on earth.
I accept my own life as a blessing and a gift.
My heart is open to receive and I am deeply grateful.
May I always share the gifts that I receive
Fully, freely, and with Joy.     Aho/Amen

As you can see by my signature, this is laying on its side as some of these are, but not the one just below.

Those of you who have been following me for some time will know that me and my sons are going through tough times at the moment. My brain injury and retirement from Hammersmith council is of course permanent. Income support doesnt provide extra money to buy things for creating art and this does limit what I am to produce. Also Josh 15ys, is doing his GCSE`s at the moment and so its tough for him, especially not knowing if his younger brother with survive the ongoing battle with Leukemia. I dont have the where with all to be able to set up a donate button on this site, but you can send paper money to me at;

This may even contribute to us having a well needed holiday when Harry comes out of Adenbrook Hospital in Cambridge. For those of you who cannot help us financially, a prayer for us all as a family to get better will be more than enough giving.  Blessings peace and love be with you all, now and always.
Your brother in Christ, Jesus, Peter.

Have a good day my brothers and sisters.

Wednesday 10 June 2015

Greetings, love and blessings upon all who visit this site and of course those that dont.

Good day to you all. Especially the recent newcomers to my work from Ireland.

I had a dream once and it may well have been that in this dream I was in Ireland. I was an old women well into my eighties, if not nineties. As I lay in the back of a horse drawn gypsy caravan, the realisation set upon me that I was about to go into the big sleep. The thought come to alert my son that was driving, then a peace and calm set upon me and I thought; `No, all is okay and I shall just slip away.` Then I awoke. Unfortunately it was as an adult male locked up in a prison cell. Maybe not that unfortunate, but the harvest of my sowing.

Now though my wonderful brothers and sisters I sow good thoughts, words and actions.

Change is upon us and we get to choose whether we ignore it, or explore it.

Below I shall share some of my recent art with you my beloved brothers and sisters, in the hope you find it as it was created, for your edification. Is that the right word? I am not sure, but anyhow, here it is.

Todays artwork is called The Fall. At the bottom of the photos is a copy of the track I listened to. Not my favourite version of the song Kimble, but its okey. It may be that its The Creators version I like best, but cannot be sure as I may not have heard all there are!  Actually; the version below may well be the one, especially as a few seconds in I hear; "You never knew I am the rock" Relevent to me as Jesus Christ made us Peters `The Rock`...

Lee "Scratch" Perry - 2. Kimble The Nimble

Okey without further ado I shall share images of my work. Please pass it on and be a part of getting me known as an artist...

Here below are some of the postcards I made.

Have a good day my beloved brothers and sisters. Know that you are loved and pass it on. Both the love and my work. Your brother in Christ and of all the saints, Peter G Kimble.
