This is a shop owner round the corner.
He feeds grain to pigeons on his hand.
These shots are in the library. How about more support for libraries in Africa and all the third world countries! Maybe thats something to be suggested to avaaz!
Here I am shooting reflections in the town centre
I like the different coloured block pave
and the muted reflections in glass above.
My head and town buildings reflected above.
Now I can see I ought to try getting the / in 1/2 straight.
Yep is me and I am great value!
Here I am looking at the lines of trees branches buildings and bench below.
Below I have a shoot off with guy. Spot him above!
Some reflections in a shabby door.
Went in here. They do a good job.
Now for my art....influeced slightly from town.
" Our ethos is all we currently hold to be true. It is what we act upon. It governs our manners, our business and our politics."
In memory of Howard Zinn 1922 - 2010
There has always been and there is now, a profound conflict of interest between the people and the government of the United States.
Tyranny is Tyranny, let it come from whom it may.
Crosses and gallows - that deadly historic juxtaposition.
And in such a world of conflict a world of
victims and executioners, it is the job of thinking people
as Albert Camus suggested, not to be on the side of the executioners.
"They were not mentioned in the Declaration of independence, they were absent in the constitution and they were invisible in the new political democracy they were the women of America." (They though are always there to for the arrival of their children coming home in body bags from the wars to protect the big interests. Mr. Nebblesworth.)
One last reflection before end!
1world.
Go in peace and love to serve the world without boundaries.
Lets think about praying for the masses in the USA and elsewhere that are controlled by the ruling classes and will be met by police with riot sticks and water cannons, whenever they have mass protests.
Your brother of Jesus Christ, the Buddha, Howard Zinn, Ghandi and all the saints. Peter G Kimble.
