TO SHARE WITH YOU
SO WE ARE
MORE
ONE.
Painting helps liberate me from thinking. We are not our mind.
Our mind formed with the birth of this present body. Yet our essential
I AM existed before this present incarnation. If not yet awakened or in the process of awakening, then this may be nonsense to you. This is fine, as long as its not a nonsense that inspires negative and destructive actions to come forth from you.
Energy is eternal. We are made of energy. And this energy existed before this present form and so it will exist afterwards.
The good news is that we can free ourselves from the false mind self.
Enlightenment is a process of becoming one with being.
Incessant thinking and awareness of yourself as separate from all else will keep our minds closed to the true reality.
Stop looking outside for scraps of pleasure and wealth. Look inside to unlock the true treasure which is hidden within.
Lets free ourselves from the constant enslavement of the mind and our own small view of the universe.
You can start if you wish, by going back to the top of the blog. Look at each photo and without analysing them just be aware of any feelings or thoughts that come into consciousness. When aware even for a brief moment of thoughts that come into your mind. Watch for any feeling responses which come from deep within.
