Have a good day my brothers and sisters and if like me there are days when like me you feel blue, then paint it out, or shout it out. Lay on your bed and cry it out, or whatever else way you can find to get it out.. Just dont keep bottling it up, because you may need to use the bottle to keep it tied down.. Let go and let God.
He has had more experience of suffering than us and He can deal with our heartaches and help us to recover the love an innocence He means us to have.. We have to let the hurt and sorrow pour out, to make space for the joy and love.  Blessings and love to you, from your brother Peter.
